At Deals Dog Tug Toy Store, we want you and your pup to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right (maybe your dog prefers a different chew texture or the size isn’t perfect), we’re here to help with our fuss-free returns process.

Our Returns Promise

We stand behind our products like a loyal Labrador stands by its human. You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

🐶 Pup Tip: All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags still attached – just like you’d expect when buying new toys for your furry friend!

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Dog Dental Care products (used or opened items)
  • Dog Health Supplements (once opened)
  • Frozen & Raw Dog Food (perishable items)
  • Any Dog Treats & Chews that have been opened

How to Return an Item

Our returns process is simpler than teaching a Golden Retriever to fetch:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Package Securely – include all original packaging and tags
  4. Ship It Back – send to our Norwich address using a trackable service (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)
  5. Get Refunded – once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing: 2-3 business days to inspect the returned item
  • Refund Issued: Immediately after approval
  • Funds Appear: 3-10 business days depending on your payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’ll happily exchange your item if stock is available. Just note in your return request what you’d prefer instead. We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item!

🐕 Important: For exchanges to different products, any price difference will be charged/refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than your pup can say “walkies!” and cover all return shipping costs.
